SHVO has selected Americaribe Moriarty Joint Venture (AMJV) as the general contractor for The Raleigh, A Rosewood Hotel & Residences in Miami Beach. AMJV, a partnership between Americaribe, LLC and John Moriarty & Associates of Florida, will lead the final groundwork phase of the project. This phase involves excavation and piling for the new 17-story residential tower designed by Peter Marino.

The Raleigh redevelopment includes a 60-room Rosewood hotel, a new residential tower with 40 private residences, and an exclusive beach club operated by Langosteria. The project spans three acres and is expected to be completed by 2027.

The design integrates the historic Art Deco facades of the Raleigh, Richmond, and South Seas hotels.

AMJV, with its extensive experience in South Florida’s high-end developments, is responsible for restoring and revitalizing the property. Jami Reyes, director of strategic partnerships at AMJV, expressed pride in preserving the site’s legacy.

The transformation is being called a significant milestone on Miami Beach’s “Billionaire’s Beach.” It is the first major project in the area to secure a full site building permit and begin this phase of construction. Over $1 billion is being invested into the development.

Americaribe, LLC is a U.S. subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, and has completed major projects including the Perez Art Museum Miami and Brickell City Centre.
