The ground level is designed for a spacious cafetorium and a stage for student performances. The second floor will be dedicated to learning, featuring a well-stocked library and a collection of modern specialty classrooms. The third level will be home to a state-of-the-art gymnasium, providing ample space for physical education and extracurricular activities.

Construction will incorporate a mix of high-quality materials, including cast-in-place panels, concrete masonry units, and a robust structural system featuring tie beams and columns in the building attached to the existing school at 727 77th Street in Miami Beach.

The building will also feature a 2,000-sq. ft. mezzanine level and 1,000-sq. ft.d rooftop area.
