The Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) membership has elected Nathan Ritter to serve a second term as president, beginning on Jan. 14. Mr. Ritter is vice-president of GreenBuilt Solutions in Orlando and holds professional designations as an FGBC Certifying Agent, a LEED AP BD+C & Homes, Certified Green Professional (CGP), Florida Water Star (FWS) Certifier, and Class I Energy Rater.
Ritter has an undergraduate degree from Florida Southern College and earned his Master’s degree in Sustainable Construction Management from Drexel University. He has spent the last 16 years in sustainable construction and consulting on high-performance homes and commercial structures.

Jeremy Nelson – Treasurer
Currently, Jeremy Nelson provides consulting services to local governments on sustainability and green certification. Previously, he was a senior research technician and sustainability coordinator for the Florida Solar Energy Center in Cocoa, FL. He received a BA in sociology and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
Jeannette Moore – Secretary
Licensed in real estate since 1985 and a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2000, Jeannette has spent many hours attaining additional certifications and designations related to sustainable building. She holds the certified EcoBroker and a NAR (National Association of REALTORS) GREEN designations, and is a NAR Instructor. After greening her local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) she continues to green other MLSs in NE Florida.
