The members will work with the current board to meet the organization’s strategic goals and to fulfill their mission to engage, excite and inspire high school students to pursue careers in architecture, engineering and construction through mentoring and to support their continued advancement in the industry.

“As a longtime mentor and active Board Member, I am pleased to have been appointed as the Chairman of ACE of NEFL Board of Directors,” said Grogan. “During this time of significant growth focused on equity, representation, and expansion, our leadership and staff are focused toward additional resources and opportunities for our students. I look forward to working with the new board members to provide exposure for even more Northeast Florida students to learn about Architectural, Construction and Engineering in the hopes they will pursue them in the future.”

Dawn Adams is the Chief Financial Officer of K&G Construction. She served as a leader at the JAX Chamber for more than 20 years and was on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals for seven years including serving as chair of the board.

Judy Deshler has worked as a Director of Marketing at The Haskell Company since 2016.
