A development with apartments, commercial space and possibly office space will be proposed at a site near a Metrorail station and Underline, a 10-mile linear park and urban trail running from the Miami River to Dadeland South Station, the South Florida Business Journal reports.

RJ de Varona, managing director at Alfa SF Equity (an affiliate of The Solution Group) and B Developments told the business publication that the company expects to submit development plans by November for the one-acre property at 2900 N.W. 28th Lane in Miami. He said the plans are still being defined. “What we’re bringing with this project is true urbanism and modernism and moving Miami forward to the future.”

The proposed structure will have 12 storeys and be delivered by the fall of 2017.
