Mesa Capital has started construction on its multifamily project in Panama City Beach.
Dubbed The Tyde, the 300-unit apartment complex is located at the intersection of Clara Avenue and Highway 98. It will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment, according to a report by Multi Housing News.
The four-story elevator building will feature 8,000 sq. ft. of community space, a clubhouse, a fitness center, a pool, outdoor fireplaces and grill stations.
Construction is expected to complete by late 2020.
