Kaufman Lynn Construction and Compson Associates celebrated the topping out of Tower 155, one of the most lavish addresses in downtown Boca Raton, on Oct, 26.
Before the official topping out ceremony, dignitaries including Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer, alongside Kaufman Lynn Construction President Frank White, Vice Presidents of Compson Associates Carl Klepper and Bobby D’Angelo, other Kaufman Lynn and Compson executives and invited guests were given an overview of the Tower 155 project.
Guests were welcomed to add their signatures to a steel beam before it was hoisted 156 feet up to the top of the 12-story luxury condominium building. The event also featured the placement of a tree on the roof which is a long-held tradition in the construction industry to signify the completion of a structure’s topmost point. For Tower 155, a Florida palm tree was used.
Kaufman Lynn is managing a team of 300 subcontractors and tradesmen on Boca Raton’s newest luxury residences, slated for completion in the summer of 2019.
The Art Deco-inspired condominiums will feature modern one, two and three-bedroom residences, spacious two-story townhomes and breathtaking penthouses. Amenities will include a sundeck overlooking Mizner Park, a wading pool, hot tub, private cabanas, outdoor yoga studio and state-of-the-art fitness center.
