Trimark Properties in Gainesville says Bryan Harrington has been appointed as the company’s new director of development and construction, to provide executive leadership to the development team, oversee land and building development, and work as a liaison to the city on development related issues.

“We are elated to have Bryan joining our team,” said Trimark managing partner John Fleming. “His professionalism, proven track record, and expertise will prove invaluable in Trimark’s continued growth. We are extremely excited about his, Trimark’s, and Gainesville’s future.”

Previously, Harrington was vice-president of project development at Parrish-McCall Constructors, where he led the pre-construction effort on projects throughout the region, including projects for the University of Florida, City of Gainesville, and, most recently on the UF Health Shands Emergency Center – Kanapaha. Harrington will be directing a Trimark development team that is breaking ground on pioneering projects all around Gainesville, including leading the growth in the Innovation Square area between downtown Gainesville and UF campus.

“I have been blessed to work with great people throughout my career, and am very excited to join the team at Trimark,” Harrington said in a statement. “It’s a great opportunity to work with talented professionals who are focused on making a positive impact on our community.”
