Toll Brothers, Inc. says it has started developing a new “luxury homes” community in St. Augustine.
The developer says in a statement that homes in the gated Estuary at Madeira community will be priced from $1 million. There will be five one- and two-story designs ranging from 2,905 to 4,144-plus sq. ft.. T
