Stonegate Bank granted a $10 million construction mortgage for the Mosaic at Venetian Parc home development in southwest Kendall, reports South Florida Business Journal.
The community by Oscar Barbara’s Luxcom plans 211 single-family homes and 90 townhomes.
The homes are being offered in preconstruction from $235,990 to $419,990.
Construction of the first model homes is scheduled to take place before the end of this month.
