Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) is set to undergo significant growth, with more than $300 million in proposed developments expected to transform the airport and boosting the region’s economy.

- Diversified Realty Acquisitions LLC: Plans to build new hangars and possibly a hotel, though the exact acreage is still under review.
Seminole County officials say the airport and surrounding area are key drivers of future growth.
Thousands of acres along East Lake Mary Boulevard are available for development, offering opportunities for aviation, commercial, and industrial projects.
