ROVR secures $27M construction loan for Fairchild condo project

ROVR Development, which is building the Fairchild Coconut Grove in Miami, closed on a $27 million construction loan for the luxury condo project, The Real Deal reports.

Construction is underway on the 26-unit bayfront building at 3581 East Glencoe St. The developer plans to complete the project in September 2019.

Units range from two to four bedrooms and from 1,714 sq. ft. to 4,114 sq. ft., according to ROVR which started the sale process in 2016.

Designed by Max Strang, the building will feature a rooftop pool with private cabanas; a spa with a Hammam, steam and sauna rooms; a gym; a bay walk and lounge; sunset deck; outdoor theater; dog park; boat slips and a floating dock.
