Plaza Construction has named Maria Molina as Director of Human Resources in its Southeast Regional office in Miami. She will provide strategic leadership and direction for the HR Department to ensure that all programs and initiatives support the company’s mission, goals, and objectives. Molina holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Florida International University.
“Maria Molina’s depth of experience in managing employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, organizational development and employee retention will be a major asset to Plaza Construction,” said, Brad Meltzer, president of of the company’s southwest region.
