ODC Construction, a shell construction contractor with headquarters in Orlando, announced that it has acquired Farro Construction Inc., a Tampa-based shell construction company.
Current Farro Construction employees, equipment and business will fold into ODC Construction’s Tampa operations.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
