Contractor Moss & Associates has commemorated the topping out of 1010 Brickell, owned and developed by Key International and 13th Floor Investments, with a celebration for nearly 500 employees and guests.
The $123 million downtown Miami residential project is a 968,000 sq. ft., 50-story tower with 387 residential units, designed by the Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership.
The project, which celebrated its top-out on Sept. 9, broke ground in September 2015 and will be completed in the first quarter of 2017.
