Minto Communities, an international real estate development company and homebuilder, has announced it has started construction on four additional vacation-home buildings in Festival, its new community in ChampionsGate.
The new concept is an eight-unit building that will accommodate more homes in its popular Elation floor plan, the company said a news release.
Located between I-4 and Ronald Reagan Pkwy., the property includes natural Florida woodlands and lakes that will surround the resort. Elation is one of five fully furnished models at Festival, a 200-acre development that features homes ranging from three to 10 bedrooms plus screened-in lanais and an optional cabana bath and plunge pool.
