Kaufman Lynn Construction says it has broken ground on two multi-million dollar residential projects in Fort Lauderdale and Port Charlotte.

The firm’s 23-unit condominium development in Fort Lauderdale – 321 at Water’s Edge – is being built on the widest stretch of Fort Lauderdale’s Intercostal Waterway. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2019.

“Our team of professionals is incredibly excited to be part of this state-of-the-art waterfront project in Fort Lauderdale as we continue to grow our presence in the luxury housing space,” president and CEO Michael Kaufman said in a statement.

In another project, the $27 million resort-style community Springs at Port Charlotte in Port Charlotte will feature a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. It will also include a swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness facility, residents’ clubhouse, dog park, and pet spa. The continuous build is expected to be completed in April 2019.
