KAST Construction has been selected as the general contractor for Glass House Boca Raton, a luxury condominium project the community’s downtown.. Developed by 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC, Glass House will be the first modern glass building in the area, with 28 residences. The nine-story tower is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.
KAST Construction operates from regional offices in West Palm Beach, Miami, and Tampa.

Designed by Garcia Stromberg architecture firm from West Palm Beach, Glass House will include a rooftop pool, private cabanas, a Jacuzzi, fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The first floor will house a fitness center with outdoor turf lanes, a sauna, steam room and plunge pool, as well as a “Palmetto Lounge” for private meetings.
There will be two levels of underground parking equipped with EV chargers.
