Sanmarc LLC, led by Harbert Realty Services LLC, is ready to begin construction on a 133-unit community in Jacksonville.
The city issued permits for the almost $21.9 million construction of Park Place at San Marco apartments, reports JaxDailyRecord.com.
The site is located at 1520 Alford Place.
Built by Live Oak Contracting, the project includes a four-story, wood-frame apartment building, a three-level parking garage, and demolition of part of the church property.
