Gatlin Development has signed a contract with Thomas Dumas to acquire a 45-acre site in Jacksonville’s Westside, reports Jacksonville Business Journal.
The company plans to build a large retail development that could include a Walmart Supercenter.
The deal is expected to close by the end of the year.
