Fortune International Group and Château Group have received a $119 million loan for the refinancing of La Playa de Varadero, an oceanfront condominium development site in Sunny Isles Beach.
Located at 18801 Collins Ave., the project boasts 435 feet of direct beach frontage on the Atlantic Ocean.
The development of 1.15 million sq. ft. and 490 residential units will be completed in two phases. The two condo towers will have direct beach access and feature five-star resort amenities.
