RH, previously known as Restoration Hardware, is planning to open a new location in Jacksonville.

The company’s permit application for the $18 million project is being reviewed by the city, JaxDailyRecord reports.

Called RH Jacksonville, the retail furniture gallery will be a three-story, 48,428-sq.-ft. building at St. Johns Town Center. It will include a glass-covered Rooftop Restaurant and a Barista & Wine Bar.

Willis Construction Group of Tampa is the contractor.
