Florida East Coast Realty, which is building 83-story Panorama Tower on Brickell, has secured a $340 million construction loan, reports South Florida Business Journal.
The project is located at 1101 Brickell Ave.Construction has started on the project.
Wells Fargo Bank, acting as an administrative agent for a group of lenders, provided the mortgage to TWJ 1101 LLC, an affiliate of Florida East Coast Realty.
