Construction to begin on twin-tower hotel in Miami

Robert Finvarb Companies is ready to begin construction of a dual-branded, twin-tower hotel in Brickell.

The project has secured a $67 million construction loan from City National Bank of Florida, reports the Miami Herald.

The mixed-brand hotel spanning 28,866 sq. ft. bordered by 115 S.W. 8th St., 726 S.W. 1st Court and 110 S.W. 7th St. in the Brickell area. It will be the developer’s seventh hotel in Miami.

The mixed-use development will be comprised of a 264-room hotel, a 156-room AC Hotel by Marriott and a 108-room Element by Westin, along with over 23,000 sq. ft. of retail space located on the first and second floors.

The hotel is expected to be completed in mid-2021.
