England-Thims & Miller have proposed a 1.1-million-sq.-ft. warehouse in VanTrust Real Estate’s Imeson Park, reports the Jacksonville Business Journal.
The Imeson Park is a five-building business park in Northside. It is a 156-acre, master-planned business park with a capacity for up to 3-million-sq.-ft. of industrial space.
