YotelPad, the new residence from a brand known for its design-focused and millennial-friendly micro hotels, will build a new facility in Miami, according to a report from Curbed.com.
YotelPad Miami, located at 227 NE 2nd St., will be a 215-unit residential building. The studio, one-and two-bedroom “pads” will start in the $260,000 range.
Floorplans range from 425-sq. ft. studios to 700-sq. ft. two-bedrooms, and the residential units will be located on floors 15-30 of the building, above a hotel portion of the project. Each unit will be fully furnished and include a dedicated storage unit along with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and terraces.
Construction is set to begin this October.
