Dierking has established himself as a dependable leader on project teams, known for his hands-on approach, willingness to step in where needed, and ability to support complex electrical projects from planning through execution. “Tom came to B&I with extensive management and electrical experience and has taken his time as a Project Engineer to learn the B&I systems,” said Greg Weisburgh, vice president of electrical operations.
