Construction has started on a 160-unit senior housing building in West Tampa, according to 83 Degrees.
The project, called the Renaissance at West River, is being built at the corner of Main St. and Rome Ave. in West Tampa. The development, spearheaded by the Tampa Housing Authority, is part of the West River urban renewal project.
The six-story Renaissance will cost $46 million. The building is designed by Baker Barrios Architects.
