DeAngelis Diamond says it has celebrated the topping out of Marina Bay 880 with a ceremony at the jobsite. Marina Bay, a high-end 87-unit condominium located on the waterfront in Clearwater, will consist of two eight-story buildings, all located above a shared common 80,000-sq. ft. parking garage.
The August 20th ceremony marked the final major concrete pour of the 380,000-sq. ft. condominium, which is scheduled to be completed May 2021.
“We have a great team of trade partners on this project, all of which have worked extremely hard to reach this milestone,” senior project manager Jeff Miller said in a statement. “The team worked through many challenges to get the building structure completed on our original construction schedule.
:Our DeAngelis Diamond team, ownership, trade partners, and design team’s collaborative efforts and great communication have been key in getting to this point. We like to recognize the hard work of all of the employees on site, without them, these projects couldn’t become reality. This is a great way to show our appreciation to all of them! We look forward to continuing our progress and providing the owner and the Clearwater community a fantastic, beautiful building!”
