Bonita Bay Club has launched the next phase in a major multiyear capital improvements initiative, reports Naples Daily News.
Construction on $11.5 million project is scheduled to be completed by late fall 2013.
The project, Vision 2013, includes major modifications to the west clubhouse, the construction of a new golf shop and cart-storage building, renovation of the golf course irrigation system and replacement of cart paths on the Marsh course.
According to the newspaper, clubhouse renovations include the construction of a new 4,700-square-foot open-air members bar and casual grill.
Peacock and Lewis Architects will provide the planning and design services, while D. Garrett Construction of Naples is serving as a contractor.
