Bank of America has granted a $64.07 million construction loan to Greystar and the Carlyle Group to begin the construction of the Overture Dadeland age-restricted apartment tower in Miami-Dade County.
County records indicate that general contractor Moss & Associates recently broke ground on the 22-story Overture Dadeland, South Florida Business Journal reports
The 218 apartments will be restricted to people ages 55 and up.The project’s architect is Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe.
