Atlanta-based TPA Group has started building a 220,000-sq.-ft. warehouse at a Palm Beach County industrial park.
The developer secured an $11.5 million loan for the construction of the warehouse, according to a report from The Real Deal.
Jacksonville-based general contractor Conlan Co. is building the warehouse on an 18-acre site within the 1,000-acre Palm Beach Park of Commerce, located west of Palm Beach Gardens.
The project is expected to be completed in June.
