To mark a building milestone, Suffolk Construction and residential real estate developer Shoma Group held a celebration for a joint project.
The topping off ceremony was conducted at the Sanctuary at Doral, a complex featuring two six-story buildings on 7.3 aces of land. Together, they offer 226 rental units, and there is retail space totaling 27,000 sq.-ft. at the entrance of each building. The apartment units are configured with one, two and three-bedroom layouts and range from 769-1409 sq.-ft.
Sanctuary also includes a business center, a conference room, a community clubroom (with pool table, TV, sitting areas and kitchen). There is a complete gym, with virtual fitness guidance, treatment room, sauna, steam room, showers and lockers, plus a large pool, with cabanas and lounge chairs plus an interactive splash pad for kids to enjoy.
Other amenities include a barbeque area, a soccer field and a dog park.
