Royal Palm Companies, ILP Developers and Suffolk recently announced Elevate Apartments’ topping off today in Dania Beach. The building is being constructed by Suffolk, one of the largest and most innovative real estate and construction enterprises in the country.

“Elevate Apartments comes at an exciting time for the Dania Beach area, as there are several redevelopment projects on the rise,” says Dan Kodsi, CEO of Royal Palm Companies. “We are bringing a fresh, new-build tower and residences for the modern-era tenant.  A digital nomad who works from home and needs the best of the best when it comes to amenities and living space, all within a couple blocks of the ocean will find Elevate to be the perfect home.”

The 503,924-square-foot multifamily project is north of Miami, 1.5 miles from the ocean.

“Both development teams’ experience in the South Florida market and our overall vision will result in the highest quality living experience in Dania Beach. Elevate Apartments comes at an opportune moment – when South Florida is and will remain the place to be for a true beach-living experience,” says Rafael Pecchio, CEO of ILP Developers. “As many people get priced out of living on Miami Beach or in Brickell/Downtown Miami areas, they are turning to the next great destination where we are 25 miles from Downtown Miami – so our approach was ‘Miami meets Dania Beach’ in the best of ways.”

Designed by Nomadas Architecture, an international firm specializing in architecture, interior, and urban design, this project sets a new bar in the area for excellence and modern conveniences not seen in Dania Beach.

“South Florida continues to demonstrate significant real estate and construction growth across sectors, including housing, and we have been privileged to play a leadership role in redefining the skylines of cities and communities throughout the region,” said Jay Fayette, President of Florida East Coast at Suffolk. “Our experienced project team has leveraged the most sophisticated technologies, solutions and data to provide a predictable and seamless construction management process on the Elevate Apartments project.

“We are thrilled to reach this important project milestone and look forward to continuing our strong partnership beteen  Royal Palm Companies, ILP Developers, and our trade partners as we continue our journey to project completion.”
