Here’s a time lapse photo for construction of 100 Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, which developers Kolter Urban say will be the city’s tallest downtown residential tower when it is completed.
The project is quickly coming together as it has passed the halfway point (at level 41 with the pour) and is less than five floors from topping off. The building will be 46 floors.
The condo and hotel (Hyatt Centric) project is expected to top off before year’s end.
SB Architects designed the steel and glass 499 ft. tall structure, with curved geometric shapes.
