Time Century Holdings has secured a $23.6 million construction loan for a mixed-use project known as Time Century in downtown Miami.
The loan was provided by City National Bank of Florida for the 225,000-sq.-ft. Project that will be completed in two phases.
Phase I includes the wholesale retail space, including the basement, ground, mezzanine and second floors. Phase II, set to begin later this year, consists of four stories of office space.
The project is expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2022.
