Suffolk starts work on 21-story Palm Beach condo project

General contractor Suffolk says it has been chosen as the construction management firm to build Alba, a 21-story condominium in West Palm Beach.

The 55-unit development owned by Scuba Club WPB LLC will be situated on a 1.17-acre property at 4708 N. Flagler Dr. on the Intercoastal Waterway.

“Focused on collaboration and synergy, we have quickly developed a great relationship with the Alba team,” Suffolk Southeast’s chief operating officer Stephen Chang said in a statement. “This project will be a striking addition to the West Palm Beach waterfront, and we look forward to the delivery of this distinct, lifestyle-driven residence.”

The Alba team has noted that the GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) for construction will be in place by April 2022. The architect is Spina O’Rourke + Partners

Suffolk says some of its other Palm Beach projects projects include The Bristol, Muvico Theater at City Place, the Plumosa School of the Arts Expansion, Inspired Living Royal Palm Beach and multiple projects for Jupiter Medical Center.
