Seagate Development Group says it is working on plans for two additional design-build facilities on its 40-acre commercial land at the Alico Trade Center – which it describes as a single-tenant, flex and industrial business park at Alico Road and Oriole Road in Fort Myers.

Projected to complete a 35,000-sq. ft. warehouse and office for Rice Insulation & Glass in the second quarter of 2022, Lee & Associates will lease or sell these and other available pad sites. “Seagate and its partners will take it from there,” the developer says in a Jan. 27 statement.

“Businesses want to improve efficiencies without the typical barriers created in a multi-tenant environment. We handle every aspect of the design-build process, delivering facilities tailored to our clients’ business today and in the future,” said Matt Price, Seagate’s CEO and partner. “The key is transparency from vision to result – with everything from the budget to the scope of work.”
