Roger B. Kennedy on Dec. 10 broke ground for Weston Park at Longwood Station.
The four-story, 208-unit apartment community is slated for completion in February 2016.
Weston Park offers one, two and three bedroom apartments complete with upscale amenities as well as a two-level parking garage.
Weston Park was designed by Associated Consulting International (ACi).
