Orlando-based Roger B. Kennedy Construction has broken ground for $26 million of apartments for Wendover Housing Partners.
Included are the three-story, 120-unit Wellington Park Apartments, located in Apopka, FL under a $15 million contract, plus the $11 million Granite Crossings Apartments located in metro Atlanta, GA. Both were designed by Slocum Platts Architects, Orlando, and are slated for completion this fall.
Kennedy also completed Unicorp National Developments’ four-story, 258-unit Zen Luxury Living Apartments located in Orlando, under a $30 million contract. The Zen community was also designed by Slocum Platts. Also in Orlando, Kennedy completed the Murano at Grande Lakes Apartments under a $22 million contract with JY-TV Associates, LLC, an affiliate of Courtelis Company in partnership with the Kislak Organization and HMG/Courtland Properties. The four-story, 240-unit Murano community was designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Orlando.
