Orlando-based construction manager Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. has broken ground for the Zen Luxury Living Apartments, adjacent to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, under its $30 million contract with Zen Luxury Living, LLC, Orlando.
Located at 10463 Perrihouse Acres Lane just off State Road 535, the four-story, 258-unit project was designed by Slocum Platts Architects, Maitland. Construction is slated for completion in October 2016.
Also, Kennedy broke ground in June for the upscale Murano at Grande Lakes apartments under its $21.8 million contract with JY-TV Associates, LLC, an affiliate of Courtelis Company in partnership with the Kislak Organization and HMG/Courtland Properties. Located at 9938 Grande Lakes Blvd. near the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes and JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes, the four-story, 240-unit project was designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design. Construction is slated for completion in August 2016.
