Altamonte Springs-based Roger B. Kennedy Construction has broken ground for the Tract 8B Apartments at The Reserve at Alafaya, under a $25 million contract with Alafaya TH Tract 9, LLC, Orlando.
The 275-unit project at 12530 Innovation East Dr. was designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Orlando, and is slated for completion in March 2019.
