Roger B. Kennedy Inc. said that it has broken ground on the second phase of Casa Mirella Apartments in Ocoee, near Orlando.
Unicorp’s $6.2 million, 60-unit second phase is slated for completion in June 2015.
Previously, Roger B. Kennedy completed the $18 million, 216-unit first phase ahead of schedule in February 2014.
Casa Mirella, located at 101 Casa Mirella Way, Windermere, sets the new standard of residential rental living, featuring plush landscaping, a state-of-the-art clubhouse, fitness facility and a resort-style pool, according to a news release.
The project was designed by Slocum Platts Architects, P.A., Winter Park.
