RangeWater Real Estate will develop a new apartment community in the master-planned Nocatee development in Ponte Vedra, near Jacksonville.
Dubbed Cadence at Nocatee, the company’s second project in the Nocatee development includes 291 apartment homes featuring granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, vinyl plank flooring, nine-foot-high ceilings and stainless steel Whirlpool appliances
Construction is ready to begin and is expected to be completed by autumn 2021.
Located in northern St. Johns County, Nocatee is a master-planned community consisting of 34 village-like neighborhoods. It also offers more than 5,000 acres of nature preserves and parks.
