Ram Realty Services building 208-unit apartment complex in Boca Raton


The Mark at Cityscape, a 208-unit apartment complex in Boca Raton, is expected to open early next year, reports Sun Sentinel.

Palm Beach Gardens-based Ram Realty Services is building the 12-story tower at the southeast corner of Federal Highway and Palmetto Park Road. The building will feature 18,000 square feet of ground floor retail, the newspaper reports.

In November, Ram started construction on the 85-unit Alexander Lofts at Fern Street and South Dixie Highway in downtown West Palm Beach. The building formerly was a regional home for Southern Bell.

Recently, Ram announced it selected artist and designer Tristan Eaton to create a mural at Alexander Lofts.Eaton’s mural, a tribute to Alexander Graham Bell, will cover 7,000 square feet of wall space on the eastern side of the six-story building at 326 Fern St. It’s expected to be complete in April, and the complex is scheduled to open in December.
