Del Webb is adding a second lifestyle-driven, 55-plus residential property in the Tampa Bay area. Pulte’s West Florida division closed on 494 acres last month for Del Webb BayView in north Manatee County.

“The tremendous response in the Tampa Bay area to an active adult community that supports socially and physically active lifestyles inspired us to create Del Webb Bexley last year,” said Sean Strickler, President of the West Florida division of PulteGroup.

We look forward to opening our second, lifestyle-driven community for pre-retirees and retirees in the southern part of the Tampa Bay region with Del Webb BayView later this year.”

With sales expected to begin in 2021, Del Webb BayView will feature 950 lots and an array of high-end resort-style amenities including a large clubhouse with a social gathering area, outdoor courts and fields, and indoor facilities for sports and community activities. A dedicated, full-time lifestyle director will be onsite to produce events tailored to residents’ interests.

Buyers will select from new, exclusive GenYou Floor Plans customized to fit their lifestyles.  Homesites within Del Webb Bayview will enjoy expansive views of water, natural areas and plenty of open space throughout the community.

Del Webb BayView is one mile east of the Moccasin Wallow and I-75 interchange offering easy access to the Gulf Coast Beaches, St. Petersburg, Bradenton and Sarasota.

Del Webb is a national brand of PulteGroup, Inc. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, it’s one of America’s largest homebuilding companies with operations in more than 40 markets throughout the country.
