Prince Contracting is constructing a road project in Haines City, Fla. The company, working for the Florida Department of Transportation, will begin construction on , reports The Ledger.
The $7.93 million project is expected to be broken up into two phases, each lasting about a year.
The reconstruction will widen travel lanes, add median crossovers and gutters, add sidewalks and custom lighting consistent with the downtown style.The project will be funded througha combination of state and federal money.
The project is expected to run until the summer of 2015.
