Plaza Construction announced three new hires in operations and management.

Lindsay Levin was appointed counsel and serves in the executive offices at Plaza Construction, Miami.  She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007 and an undergraduate degree from American University in 2004.

Greg Montelione, with 20 years of construction experience, was appointed senior project manager in the firm’s special projects division spearheaded by Chris Buscaglia, which specializes in high-end commercial interiors and retail projects in South Florida.

Albert Permuy, with 30 years of construction experience, was appointed project manager and is currently assigned to the Aloft South Beach. Permuy holds both a master’s and bachelor’s of science in civil engineering & construction management from Georgia Tech.

Montelione and Permuy oversee personnel and services from preconstruction through closeout, and provide leadership regarding project planning, budget and schedule analysis, safety, quality, risk management and contract negotiations.
