Paramount, the first condo tower opened for sale at Miami Worldcenter, has reached halfway point as builders finished construction of its first 30 levels, according to a report Dec. 13.
The tower is expected to top off by summer of 2018, with its completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2019.
Out of the 500-plus condo units that Paramount will deliver, a representative of developer Miami Worldcenter Associates said that 70 percent has already been sold to a buyer pool comprised of more than 48 nationalities.
Its amenities include the country’s first outdoor soccer field to be featured in a high-rise residential development; a boxing studio; an indoor basketball court; two tennis courts; a rooftop observatory; an amenity deck with an elevation of 90 ft.; and pool cabanas starting at $295,000.
The next 30 levels will feature Paramount’s penthouse collection, made up of 26 units with a price range of $3.5 million to $9.5 million. Eight were designed to be two-story duplexes.
Based on renderings unveiled in June, units will have four or five bedrooms and range in size from 3,500 to more than 6,000 sq ft. Penthouse tenants will enjoy private elevator access; outdoor living rooms; chef kitchens with 12 ft. islands and Gaggenau appliances.
Apex units are two duplexes on the 54th floor and another two on the 55th and 57th floors. The three levels represent the “Skydeck” which houses amenities exclusive for penthouse tenants, such as a sky lounge, multiple pools, an observatory, and Tai Chi deck.
