ONE Tampa has reached its full 42-story height, marking a major construction milestone for the luxury condominium tower and making it the city’s tallest residential building.
Developed by Kolter Urban and built by Moss Construction, the tower will include 225 condominium units overlooking Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park and the Hillsborough River. The building rises more than 519 feet and is located at 100 E. Madison St.
Construction began in August 2024, with crews working at a pace of roughly one floor per week during the vertical construction phase. More than 700 trade partners, consultants and designers have worked on the project, with an average of more than 400 workers currently on site each day.
The tower was designed by Adache Group Architects, with interiors and amenity spaces by ID & Design International. Residences range from about 1,100 to 4,000 square feet and include one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, along with larger estate residences and penthouses. Floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces are planned throughout the residences.
Amenities will include a resort-style pool terrace, two-level fitness centre, wellness and yoga spaces, a residents’ club, business and coworking areas, guest suites and a pet park. A game room will include golf and Formula One racing simulators.
With the structural work now complete, crews will shift their focus to the remaining façade, interior finishes, mechanical systems and other work needed to prepare the tower for occupancy.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2027.
